On February 14, TSTY Transformer & Switchgear Manufacturer received several guests from Italy. The visit of Italian customers is not only a high recognition of the product quality and technical strength of our factory, but also an important opportunity for both parties to deepen cooperation in the field of transformers and jointly draw a blueprint for the future.
At about 2 pm, the Italian customers arrived at TSTY Zhengzhou Branch. The company leaders and relevant department heads warmly welcomed them and held a brief and warm welcome ceremony in the conference room. At the meeting, the company leader introduced the company's development history, core technology, product advantages and global market layout to the Italian party in detail through a wonderful PPT presentation. The Italian side highly appreciated the company's outstanding achievements in the field of transformer research and development and manufacturing, and especially fully affirmed the company's investment in technological innovation and quality control.
Afterwards, accompanied by the factory manager, the Italian customers went deep into the production workshop for a field visit. Next to the modern production line, the technicians explained in detail every process of the transformer from raw material inspection, parts manufacturing, winding winding, core assembly to finished product testing. The Italian guests praised the factory's advanced production equipment, strict quality control system and skilled workers. When seeing the high-precision processing of the key components of the transformer, an Italian customer couldn't help but give a thumbs up and said in not very fluent Chinese: "Amazing, Made in China!"
During the visit, the Italian side raised many professional questions about production processes, product performance, technical parameters, etc., and the technical staff answered them in detail one by one. The two sides also had in-depth exchanges and discussions on topics such as industry development trends and new technology applications, and the atmosphere was warm.
After the visit, the two sides returned to the conference room for business negotiations. The Italian customer spoke highly of the visit and expressed a strong desire to further strengthen cooperation with the company. The two sides reached a preliminary consensus on product orders, technical cooperation, after-sales service, etc., and expressed that they would promote the implementation of the cooperation project as soon as possible.
