Fully Automated Secondary Production Line: Adhering to EU standards, a KYN28 cabinet secondary production line completes one unit in 10 minutes, ensuring highly stable quality.

Environmentally Friendly Coating: A 100-meter chemical pretreatment line, in collaboration with Junhe and Gema (USA) spray guns, achieves 30 years of non-peeling.

Digitalization and Quality Control

Digital Management: Deep integration of 5G + MES + ERP systems, with digital recording of all processes and second-level traceability.

Stringent Quality Inspection: Before leaving the factory, all products undergo "parallel cabinet simulation testing" and a full set of electrical tests, achieving a 100% pass rate and zero rework.
