Production capacity:
1. Reliable insulation technology
TSTY uses high dielectric strength mineral oil and removes moisture through a vacuum oil filter to treat the insulating oil. In terms of structural design, TSTY uses multiple layers of cardboard and oil gaps arranged alternately to optimize the electric field gradient distribution to present a stepped insulation structure. In terms of manufacturing process, we use vacuum drying and vacuum oiling to ensure overall insulation. In addition, TSTY will also conduct insulation testing and testing before leaving the factory to ensure insulation performance.
2. Accurate analysis of coil temperature field
In cooperation with many domestic universities, professional technical research and development professionals jointly developed a coil temperature field calculation program to calculate the loss distribution of coil resistance loss, eddy current loss in different directions, and circulating current loss between parallel conductors, as well as flow field cooling conditions, accurately calculate the coil temperature distribution and hot spot temperature rise, and take measures to effectively control the hot spot temperature rise that affects the life of the transformer.
3. Reduce partial discharge of transformers
