About TSTY
TSTY Electric Co., Ltd. was established in 2011 and is headquartered in Jiaxian Industrial Cluster, Henan Province. The company has a registered capital of RMB 101 million and a plant area of 250,000 square meters. It is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales. The company's annual production capacity is 18,000 transformers with an annual output value of RMB 1.5 billion. The company currently has 600 employees and 200 senior professional and technical personnel. The main products include oil-immersed transformers, dry-type transformers, compact substations, high-voltage and low-voltage switchgear, serving the global energy infrastructure field.
TSTY Main Products
Intelligent power transmission and distribution equipment: oil-immersed transformers, dry-type resin-insulated transformers, high efficiency and energy saving, adaptable to extreme climate conditions.
New energy solutions: ZGS compact substations and YB compact substations are suitable for the access of new energy such as wind power and photovoltaic power to the power grid.
Technical Features
Intelligent production: The implementation of intelligent stackers and warehouse management systems has achieved digital monitoring of the entire production process, and the product qualification rate has increased to 99.5%.
High product competitiveness: For the Russian and Central Asian markets, TSTY designs fully sealed oil-immersed transformers with built-in low-temperature oil circulation systems that can withstand temperature differences from -40°C to +50°C. The earthquake resistance level reaches level 8, which is suitable for the mountainous terrain of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.
R&D capabilities: Xi'an Jiaotong University and North China Radio and Television University have cooperated to develop energy storage technology and distribution automation systems, and have 32 invention patents.
Market Structure And Achievements
In 2024, TSTY has exported to 500 oil-immersed transformers to Central Asia. The products have passed the Russian GOST certification and the international CE certification, covering the "Belt and Road Initiative" markets such as Russia and Central Asia, as well as the global power market. TSTY's power products have been used in many projects such as Russia's Siberian oil and gas fields, the northern industrial zone of Kazakhstan and other cold areas, and the rural power grid transformation project in Uzbekistan.
TSTY will take this exhibition as an opportunity to deepen technical cooperation with the Russian and Central Asian markets, accelerate the development of new primary energy equipment, and contribute to the green transformation of the global energy structure.
