1000kva Transformer Exported To Venezuela

TSTY designed this 1000kva transformer based on the Venezuelan power grid and local technical standards. This transformer will be used in a power distribution system renovation project in an industrial park in Caracas. TSTY tailors the transformer to the complex climate conditions and wide voltage fluctuation range in South America. The transformer can continuously operate at an ambient temperature of 45°C, which is suitable for stable operation in the humid and warm environment of South America.

Material traceability:

1. The conductive rod is made of high-conductivity H62 material. High conductivity reduces heat generation and ensures stable operation of the equipment.

The sealing gasket is made of acrylic rubber: high temperature resistant, anti-oxidation and oil resistant

Galvanized bolts: 30 years without rust, no fear of wind and rain.

Pre-delivery inspection:

Each transformer passes more than ten rigorous tests including lightning strike, temperature rise, insulation no-load loss, etc. before leaving the factory to ensure stable operation in all environments.
